Since 2006, Mythos Media has been actively challenging the notion that "alternative" is just mainstream for "none of the above." In a time when "counter-culture" is a marketing bullet, we have focused on writing, recording, and otherwise nurturing a new way of looking at the world - not just a new way of creating the same old stories.

We are a network of artists, writers, musicians, producers and developers ourselves, so we know a thing or two about the tools that can be used to produce myths in the technological age. There is no restriction on the form that these stories will take. When we return, you will find books, ebooks, audiobooks, albums, comics, even films or theatrical performances through this portal.

Through 2010 and beyond we will continue to add to these, to expand in new directions, and offer independent producers a means of getting their material to our ever-growing network.

Because if the world IS going to end in 2012, we'd better start perfecting those apocalypse myths.
